Refund & Replacement Policy

At DrinkSmoked™, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each unit undergoes quality control before shipment to ensure it meets our performance standards. Due to the nature of our products and our quality assurance process, our refund policy is strictly limited to cases of product malfunction upon arrival.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are only issued in the event that:

  • The product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect; or

  • The product is non-functional upon first use due to a fault in materials or workmanship.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Verification Process

To initiate a malfunction claim, customers must contact our support team and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo and/or video evidence demonstrating the malfunction

Our team will assess the evidence to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

3. Replacement Policy

If the malfunction is verified, we will provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A replacement unit shipped at no cost to the customer; or

  • A full refund to the original payment method.

In most cases, we prioritize sending a replacement unit to ensure you can continue enjoying your DrinkSmoked™ experience without delay.

As a courtesy to our customers, we do not require the return of the defective unit when a verified malfunction has been approved.

4. No Return Requirement for Verified Malfunction

Once a malfunction has been confirmed by our support team, a replacement will be issued free of charge without requiring the defective unit to be returned.

This policy is intended to provide a streamlined and customer-focused resolution process.

5. Shipping Costs

If a replacement is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect, DrinkSmoked™ will cover all associated shipping costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

DrinkSmoked™ is not liable for damages resulting from:

  • Improper use

  • Failure to follow usage instructions

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Accidental damage

Our responsibility is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of the product as outlined in this policy.

7. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above. Any attempt to abuse this policy may result in denial of future service.
